Dispatch

We ship all packages within 2 business days, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Your dispatch estimate is separate to your shipping (transit) estimate. For example, your order could take 2 business days to dispatch, and then an additional 5 days in transit. 

We ship from our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Shipping

We currently only ship to U.S. based customers. All domestic orders are dispatched via UPS Ground. Dispatch and pick up only occurs during standard business days. Business days exclude all weekends and U.S public holidays.

UPS offers a delivery window for standard postage of 1-5 business days. We do not have control over unforeseen delays while the package is in the care of the courier, however we do our best to assist and investigate. 

You should receive a notification email with tracking information once it’s on the way. Please mark our emails as safe to ensure this email does not end up in a spam folder.

We recommend monitoring your tracking for a safe arrival of your parcel and ensuring you can arrange collection.
